Orbit support and FAQ
Straightforward help for playing, creating, sharing, privacy choices, and purchases.
Playing Orbit
How do I take a shot?
Press, drag, and release to shoot. Use planetary gravity and obstacle bounces to reach and touch the checkpoints.
Where are level choices and hints?
Tap the game screen to open its options. The menu includes level selection, hints, and the level editor. If additional hints are locked, Orbit may offer the Full Hint Pack purchase.
Creating and sharing levels
How does the level editor work?
Open the options by tapping the game screen, then choose the pencil. In the editor you can place elements on the grid, move them with handles, edit supported parameters, add movement paths, and drag an element outside the play area to remove it. Editor Help explains these controls in the app.
How do I share a custom level?
Complete your own level first. You can then share it as a text code or QR code. Another player can scan the QR code from the Custom Levels screen.
Statistics and privacy
Can I opt out of gameplay statistics?
The choice appears as a checkbox on first run; continuing without selecting it leaves statistics enabled. There is no normal in-app toggle to change it later.
Clearing Orbit's app storage makes the choice appear again, but it also clears local progress and preferences and may generate a new device identifier. Read the Orbit Privacy Policy before taking that step.
Purchases and ads
Can I restore an ad-removal purchase?
The purchase screen includes Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase. If the store finds the entitlement, Orbit marks ads as removed; the app also reports when it cannot find a previous purchase.
Troubleshooting
What should I try when something does not load?
- For an unavailable ad, check your internet connection and try again.
- For a store or purchase error, try again later and confirm you are signed in to the store account used for the purchase.
- For an invalid level code, copy or scan the code again from the Custom Levels screen.
Do not clear app storage as a general troubleshooting step: doing so clears local progress and preferences.
